I recommend at least 3 sessions to fully integrate your new non-smoking habit into your daily life. Working together in the first session, we will develop a program suited to your needs. We will take into consideration those problem times when you might have the urge to start smoking again: before or after meals, taking a break with coworkers, enjoying a night on the town with friends or family, or simply to calm your nerves. And we will give you powerful tools to make the right choice if you happen to feel the urge to smoke after the session. In the second and third sessions, we will identify and heal any emotional issues which may be related to your smoking habit. By the end of your program, you will feel strong, confident and happy to be free from the urge to smoke cigarettes.
