FAQ: Will Hypnosis Work for Me? Answer: Have You Suffered Enough?
It’s the simplest question I get as a hypnotherapist. Yet it’s among the most important.
Will hypnosis work for me?
The answer is also simple, and it boils down to this: Have you suffered enough? Have you lived with your problem for way too long? Are you tired, frustrated, at wit’s end? Are you sick of the way your problem makes you feel? Are you angry about how it affects your life and the lives of those around you? Have you tried other solutions and found them wanting? Does it seem like other methods just never get to the real heart of the issue?
If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, then you are ready for hypnosis.
Why?
Because the effectiveness of hypnosis depends largely on the willingness of the client. No hypnotherapist can make you do something you don’t want to do. If someone else has convinced you to try hypnosis, chances are it won’t work.
But, if you’ve made the decision yourself, and especially if you’re sick and tired of living with your problem—no matter what that problem is—then you have the right motivation to achieve excellent, life-changing results.
When clients come to me and say: “I’m sick of my problem,” or “I can’t stand this anymore,” or “I’ve suffered long enough,” I know immediately we’re going to make good progress.
It’s really that simple.
So if you’re at that place of complete frustration, now is the best time to act—use this moment to your own advantage. Give me a call. Send me an email. Make an appointment. And we’ll get right to work solving the problem that’s been eating at you for far too long.
